Current Interests:
Religion and sectarian politics in early modern England. I am working on the nature of radical literature in the period 1640-1660. The Republican moments of John Milton, the religious radicalism of the Digger Gerrard Winstanley, the far-left relativism of the Ranters and the question of law in radical reformers like John Warr engages me at the moment.

General Interests:
I am deeply interested in the literature which has social and political implications. The study of early modern England provides me with a base from which I can spin my web of interests in other areas. Twentieth century intellectual thought, literature and law, the history of ideas in poltical thought and the nature of contemporary political literature are my consuming passions. Continental phenomenology, religious studies, linguistics, sociology of sports and games and popular Indian music also fascinate me.
